Trainee Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Foster strong relationships with current clients.
  • Manage client needs by anticipating their requirements, identifying potential sales opportunities while retaining current accounts.
  • Generate leads through networking events, referrals or cold/warm calling.
  • Meet minimum weekly customer visit targets in order to maintain effective account management.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients for new business development.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, exhibitions or demonstrations.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical expertise and product knowledge training sessions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Develop appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Collaborate within your team towards achieving better results.
  • Take personal responsibility for meeting agreed SMART objectives set within your department.
  • Proactively assist senior managers such as Sales &Marketing Manager in executing real continuous improvement throughout the organization in timely manner.
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times creating a culture of trust both personally and organizationally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours around customer’s schedule when required by job responsibilities.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager according to scope & responsibilities of the position.

Requirement:

  • Self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental business practices.
  • High energy level displayed consistently throughout day-to-day activities.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills demonstrated through previous experience or willingness/aptitude for learning these skills quickly.
  • Any educational background is acceptable.
  • Additional retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Accessible transport via public transportation is acceptable.

Remuneration:

  • Applicants will be informed about commission package during interview process; full-time employment available based upon performance during 6-month trainee program period.
