Job Description:
- Install, maintain, and repair company products at client sites.
- Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform preventive maintenance.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Respond promptly to client service requests and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during product demonstrations and installations.
- Document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide superior service.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvement and development.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or products (if applicable) are a plus.
