Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • To manage products and brand management to ensure company sales objective are met profitably.
  • Lead and monitor progress of sales activities.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
  • Prepare reporting as needed.


  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Medical Science / Biomedical / Electrical & Electronic / Marketing / Economics / Business Administration / Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Superb leadership ability.
